Design Stage: On occasion with very complex projects we work with architects and engineers during the design stage to help them optimize the project approach, providing our expertise in civil, structural and geotechnical engineering. Our insights and guidance allow for solid construction documents to be published and sets the project off on assured footing.
Bidding Stage: We are always happy to provide a direct bid to project owners, GCs and Primes for projects requiring our expertise. Our strength is built around value engineering and finding a way to help your firm submit the most attractive bid not only from a cost standpoint but also in terms of speed, effectiveness and project quality.
Direct Hire: At FCI, we are frequently hired directly by project owners to take on specific project types that fall in our expertise. We would be happy to speak with you about your project and our ability to complete it in the role of prime contractor.
