Safety

SAFETY STATEMENT:

Foundation believes that its corporate commitment to safety shall be implemented and reinforced by the personal safety commitment of each, and every employee. As a part of the hiring process, Foundation employees pledge their personal commitment to safety. This pledge and commitment is intended to raise employee awareness and improve personal safety behaviors throughout our organization.

This pledge serves as a reminder to the mindset that working safely is a condition of employment.

Safety Goals:

Foundation’s safety culture is continually growing in its core values. This is accomplished by engaging our employees on a day to day basis. Our frequent safety meetings, recognition programs, and effective communication add to a higher standard of work ethic. Our goal of no lost time accidents and no OSHA recordable incidents is routinely achieved. It is not uncommon to achieve multiple and concurrent years of this success. Foundation employees embrace and continuously meet our expectations of a safe, and team focused work environment.

Stop work Authority:

All Foundation employees receive “STOP WORK AUTHORITY” training upon hire, before the start of any work. It is the expectation of Foundation, that all employees play a critical role in safety. The “STOP WORK AUTHORITY” plays a vital role in our safety success.

Why it matters:

The safety conscious work environment at Foundation exists for a greater cause than attractive ratings and awards. Working with a safety first mindset is what each of our employees owe to their family every day they come to work. In turn, coworkers display a call to be responsibility not only to their own family but to the families of those around them.
