Stop work Authority:
All Foundation employees receive “STOP WORK AUTHORITY” training upon hire, before the start of any work. It is the expectation of Foundation, that all employees play a critical role in safety. The “STOP WORK AUTHORITY” plays a vital role in our safety success.
Why it matters:
The safety conscious work environment at Foundation exists for a greater cause than attractive ratings and awards. Working with a safety first mindset is what each of our employees owe to their family every day they come to work.
